Arduino Mega 2560
The heart of the DP-AMP controller, delivered fully programmed.
Description:
Arduino™ Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATMega2560. It has 54 digital I/O pins (14 of which can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (serial hardware interfaces), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB interface, a power connector, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It includes everything you need to support the microcontroller. Simply connect the board to a computer via USB or power it with a DC/AC adapter or battery to get started. Arduino™ Mega is compatible with most shields designed for Arduino™ Duo, Duemilanove, or Diecimila.
Additional features of the R3 version include:
- ATmega16U2 instead of 8U2 USB-to-Serial-Converters
- A stronger RESET circuit
- 1.0 pinout: added SDA and SCL pins for TWI communication near the AREF pin and two additional new pins near the RESET pin, the IOREF pin, which allows shields to adjust to the voltage supplied to them by the board, and the second, which is not a connected pin but is reserved for future use.
