Sixty One Water Cooling Kit

The Sixty One Water Cooling Kit contains a milled and highly polished copper plate, a POM cover, an O-ring, screws, and fittings.


The heat is generated exclusively under the LDMOS, so it must be quickly dissipated from there.
To do this, the water does not have to flow anywhere else but under the LDMOS.
To increase the surface area, ridges have been milled into the copper under the LDMOS, which significantly increases the contact area.
With a well-designed cooling plate, the LDMOS stays cool and the attenuator in the input also benefits from the water cooling.
